It seems like all it takes of a blink of an eye, and you miss all the action. There is no doubt that is true, especially when it comes to high school sports. It was just the other week when we were welcoming the opening of Basketball and Soccer to High School Prep action. This week is basically a reoccurence of that, just with a little bit of emphasis this time. District action starts Tuesday night and it is do or die time for these teams. In order to keep their playoffs hopes alive, they must win in district where it matters.
With the Saints pulling around a 3-13 season, and being a legit playoff contender just goes to show that any team can take it out there. While this is less common in professional sports, it is not the same in high school. We can easily see a contender rise amongst the misk and take this years title.
