L.E. Fletcher Technical Community College drafting student Nicholas Avet is pictured at the right receiving an award plaque from Mr. Tony Whitus, American Design Drafting Association’s Drafting Contest Chairman. Avet received a President’s Award for a mechanical drawing which was submitted into the ADDA’s national drafting contest. Avet competed with over 160 students from across the country and traveled to Nashville, Tennessee to receive this award during the ADDA 47^th annual Technical Conference.
