Houma Reprographics & Map, Inc. (HRM) is proud to announce the inclusion of award-winning
design work by on-staff graphic designer, Philip Toups, into the nationally published book, LogoLounge, Volume III. The judging for LogoLounge was extremely competitive, showcases only exceptional logo designs, and is selected by an international panel of judges. Philip’s award-winning logo was designed for John Butler, a creative copywriter based in Hollywood, California. John hired HRM last Spring to design a corporate identity and stationery package for his new company.
Mr. Butler says, “When Philip came up with this design for my freelance copywriting business, I thought, ‘Wow, this will really get clients’ attention for my capabilities as a writer.’ Four months later, I was picked up by Universal Pictures to work as their staff publicity writer. I tease Philip that their interest in me might have had to do more with my marketing materials than my capabilities as a writer.”
Philip is the Creative Services Coordinator for HRM where he oversees the Graphics Department as well as client consulting and graphic design work. He has over 15 years experience in the advertising/marketing/design field and has been with HRM since 2003.
